What important rules or conditions do customers need to know before using your notary services?
Helms Signature Solutions offers mobile notary services, Remote Online Notarization (RON), loan signing services, document facilitation, and general business support. We reserve the right to decline any service that violates Missouri notarial law or presents a conflict of interest. Clients agree to provide valid, unexpired government-issued identification, ensure all documents are complete (no blank spaces) before notarization, confirm they understand the documents being signed, and be physically present (for in-person notarizations).

What steps do clients need to take if they want to cancel an appointment or get a refund?
Clients must contact Helms Signature Solutions as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time to avoid fees. Refunds may be issued when services have not yet been performed, minus any travel, printing, or platform costs already incurred. No-show appointments or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. What kind of promises or guarantees do you offer your clients regarding the accuracy and privacy of their documents?
We guarantee that all documents are handled with strict confidentiality and protected using secure processes that meet Missouri notarial laws and Remote Online Notarization (RON) requirements. We verify identity accurately, complete notarial acts with precision, and maintain required records securely. While we cannot guarantee the legal accuracy or content of documents prepared by others, we do guarantee that all notarizations are performed correctly, ethically, and in compliance with state law. We never sell or share client information for marketing purposes.

Are there any specific requirements for documents to be notarized?
All documents must be complete and contain no blank spaces before notarization. Clients are responsible for ensuring their documents are fully prepared according to legal requirements before the notary appointment.
