Client Communication & Security Policy

Overview

This policy explains how to contact me safely and how to ensure your messages reach my inbox. These guidelines protect your personal information and help prevent fraud.

Verified Email Required

To communicate securely, your email address must be verified with your email provider.

Unverified emails may be flagged as spam and placed in my junk folder. I do not receive notifications for junk mail and cannot respond to messages found there.

Please verify your email before sending documents or questions.

Why Verification Matters

Email providers require verification to confirm the account is legitimate. If verification is skipped, your outgoing messages may:

  • Be marked as spam

  • Fail to deliver correctly

  • Lose attachments

  • Get filtered into junk folders

  • Trigger fraud‑prevention blocks

This is why verified email is required for communication.

Fraud Prevention Notice

For your protection, I do not respond to emails that land in my spam or junk folder. This is standard practice across professional agencies and helps prevent fraudulent communication attempts.

If You Don’t Receive a Reply

If you emailed me and did not receive a response, your message may have been filtered.

You may send me a text message letting me know you emailed me, and I will manually check my inbox.

Add My Email to Your Safe Sender List

To ensure my replies reach you, please add my email address to your:

  • Contacts

  • Safe Sender list

  • Approved senders

This prevents my messages from landing in your spam folder.

Best Ways to Contact Me

  • Verified email — best for documents, questions, and updates

  • Text message — best if you need to confirm I received your email

Your security and privacy are important, and these steps help ensure smooth communication.
